How do I submit my files?
After placing your order, you will receive an email with an upload link and detailed delivery specifications. Please make sure your files meet all requirements before uploading.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept WAV files at 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz, 24-bit resolution.
How should I prepare my stems for mixing?
All stems must start at the same point, have the exact same length as the full song, and be clearly labeled (e.g. Kick, Snare, Lead Vocal, Bass).
Can I submit a stereo file instead of stems?
Yes. If you are ordering a mastering service, you may submit a stereo mix. For mixing services, individual stems are required.
What happens after I upload my files?
Our team will review your files to ensure they meet the delivery specifications. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email and production will begin.

What is an Apple Digital Master?
An Apple Digital Master is a master specifically optimized to meet Apple’s technical standards, ensuring the highest possible quality on Apple Music.
Will I receive instrumental and acapella versions?
Depending on the package, Instrumental and acapella exports are included or available as optional add-ons and can be selected during checkout.
What genres do you work with?

Can I schedule a consultation before the project starts?
Yes. Depending on the selected package, you may receive the option to schedule a short Zoom consultation after your files have been reviewed and approved.
How will I receive my final files?
Once your project is complete, you will receive a download link containing all final deliverables, including WAV files and any additional formats included in your package.
What if my files do not meet the delivery requirements?
If your files do not meet our specifications, we will contact you with detailed instructions on what needs to be corrected before we can begin working on your project or a full refund will be issued.
Can I cancel my order or request a refund?
Because our services are digital and custom-made, work on your project may begin immediately after your order is placed.
By agreeing to our Terms & Conditions and completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate start of the service. Once work on your order has begun, your statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies, and your order cannot be cancelled or refunded, unless there is clear a failure on the part of the studio to deliver the agreed service.
