How It Works

After purchasing this package, you will receive an email containing your upload link and file delivery specifications. Please read these instructions carefully and ensure that your files meet the required specifications before uploading.

Once your files have been submitted, our team will review them and confirm that everything has been received correctly. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to schedule your included 10-minute Zoom call.

After your files have been approved, we will begin working on your project. Depending on whether you selected Express Delivery, you will receive the first version of your track within the turnaround time stated for your package.

Once you receive your first version, you may provide feedback via email. The number of revision rounds available depends on the package you have selected.

4. Receive confirmation and schedule your Zoom call.

5. We complete the mix and/or master.

6. Receive your first version within the stated turnaround time.

7. Submit feedback and revisions (according to your package).

8. Receive your final files.

To ensure the highest quality, we perform a technical quality check on all audio files before starting production.

• File Review: If your stems/multitracks do not meet the required standards to achieve a professional end result, we will unfortunately have to reject the project.
• Refunds: If your project is rejected, you will receive a full refund processed back into your account within 2 business days.
